Plazas Rocky Surf
Galapagos islands may have been born of volcanos but the wind and surf constantly pound the rocks carving out coves and eroding the surface. Plants have a difficult time surviving on Plazas but mostly it is home to iguana and several bird species that nest in the nooks safe from the pounding surf.
